To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We do not accept returns for products that have already been “USED”. Hence, if you already opened the item and still you are looking for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it containing 95% or more of the original liquid in the bottle.
If the product has been damaged due to mishandling of couriers during transit/delivery, we will happily offer you either an exchange or refund.
Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
Once your return/refunds request has been accepted by Aranyam Team, the process will be completed within 7 working days.
We will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return
In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund
If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will refund the entire amount.
Cancellation after your product has been shipped but not delivered, cost of the original courier and payment processing fees for your order will be deducted from your refund.
We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 5 days as Satisfaction Guarantee policy.
