Refund and Return Policy
To be eligible for a Refund and Returns Policy
Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- We do not accept returns for products that have already been “USED”. Hence, if you already opened the item and are still looking for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, containing 95% or more of the original liquid in the bottle.
- If the product has been damaged due to mishandling of couriers during transit/delivery, we will happily offer you either an exchange or refund.
- Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
- Within 7 working days after the Aranyam team has approved your return or refund request, the procedure will be complete.
- We will not accept any returns without prior notification of the return
- In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products, we can provide a refund
- If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will refund the entire amount.
- In the event of a cancellation after your product has been shipped but not delivered, cost of the original courier and payment processing fees for your order will be deducted from your refund.
- We are pleased to accommodate returns and exchanges within 5 days, as per our satisfaction guarantee policy.
