This Shipping Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the shipping of our products to ensure a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience for you. By placing an order on our website, you agree to abide by the following shipping guidelines:
Domestic Delivery & Shipping Policy

International Delivery & Shipping Policy
Currently, we do not have any arrangement for international delivery (PS: if any customer is interested in buying our products it would be subject to customers duties, Shipping Charges, and Insurance if required that the customer will have to pay to receive the package).
Delivery Time
- We strive to process all orders on time, orders will be couriered within 24-48 business hours from our warehouse. You should receive your order within 3-4 days and do not include weekends, holidays, or any other delays caused by the courier company. We will try to expedite your order, but we are not responsible for any delays caused by the courier company. Delivery fees are non-refundable and will be displayed during checkout before you submit for payment.
- Order deliveries or shipping will be made between 9 am – 8 pm Monday – Saturday. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.
- For orders that are canceled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected (in case of COD orders) shipping costs will be charged for both to & fro at actuals. For pre-paid orders same will be deducted during the refund process, and in the case of COD- reward points will be deducted from customer’s account.
- All purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra by reputed courier agencies. Please allow the following number of days from receipt of your order
- Aranyam takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
- Aranyam is not responsible for damage after delivery.
- All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
- Currently, we don’t charge any shipping charges within India but for any special request for bulk orders there may be handling charges based on product, packaging, size, volume, type, and other considerations.
